Producer · Paid every week
USD 4 per approved hour
This is not a second job: it is your own shift, recorded from your point of view with the phone on your head. One rate, the same for everyone, in every country. You decide how many hours you record: no monthly minimum, no schedule, no boss.
What it adds up to, depending on what you record
These are approved hours, not hours logged in. The table is arithmetic, not a promise: you record what you can and you get paid for that.
Tell us your country and city, what you do for a living and which phone you have, and we will confirm the same day whether you can join.

DÔV · ra
Dovra is the project behind all of this. A network of ordinary people — mechanics, cooks, shopkeepers, technicians — recording their real work so machines can learn how things are actually done. No actors, no set: just the trade.
The name is built from three pieces: do, the work; v, the vision, what the camera sees; and the a of artificial intelligence. Do, see, learn. Five letters that sound the same in any language, in any country.
Today it's a phone on a mechanic's head in your city. Tomorrow it's the reference a robot learns that same repair from. And you were there first.
How recording works
This isn't filming with the phone's camera and sending us the file afterwards. That doesn't exist and doesn't get paid. The person opens Minute, picks the task they're about to do, hits start, and the app records. That's how the video stays tied to a specific task, with its timestamp and its duration — which is exactly what makes the footage worth anything.

What gets recorded
This is the list open for recording today. What gets recorded has to be real work, at a business that is already operating, inside one of these categories. Check each one’s rule: almost none count at a home, and machine sewing counts in none.
Technical requirements
These aren't tips: they're the requirements of whoever receives the footage. Read them before you record your first video.
The app checks the model on launch. With anything else, it won't record.
Every submission goes through three automatic filters. Minute’s final validation takes up to 9 business days after recording.
These six patterns are confirmed fraud: no payment, and the account is disabled.
Payments
You are paid every week per approved hour. Between recording and getting paid there is Minute’s validation, which takes up to 9 business days. Here is how it works, step by step.
You record your shift with the Minute app and upload the videos that same day. In the Dovra panel each video shows as "to review".
It takes up to 9 business days after recording. Each video ends up approved, rejected or flagged. Only approved hours are paid.
The cut-off gathers everything Minute has already approved. Anything still under review is not lost: it goes into the week Minute approves it.
Your leader or Dovra pays you directly, depending on how you joined. When it arrives, confirm it in the panel so it is closed.
Getting started
A short form: country, city, where you work and which phone you have. We tell you the same day whether you can join.
You get a link, read it and sign it from your phone. It states what you earn and how you are paid.
We send you the Minute link for your project. Sign up only with that link: if you sign up on your own, your hours cannot be paid.
Log in to the panel with your email and see what you recorded, what was approved and your payments.
