Producer · Paid every week
USD 4 per approved hour
This is not a second job: it is your own shift, recorded from your point of view with the phone on your head. One rate, the same for everyone, in every country. You decide how many hours you record: no monthly minimum, no schedule, no boss.
What it adds up to, depending on what you record
These are approved hours, not hours logged in. The table is arithmetic, not a promise: you record what you can and you get paid for that.
Tell us your country and city, what you do for a living and which phone you have, and we will confirm the same day whether you can join.

DÔV · ra
Dovra is the project behind all of this. A network of ordinary people — mechanics, cooks, shopkeepers, technicians — recording their real work so machines can learn how things are actually done. No actors, no set: just the trade.
The name is built from three pieces: do, the work; v, the vision, what the camera sees; and the a of artificial intelligence. Do, see, learn. Five letters that sound the same in any language, in any country.
Today it's a phone on a mechanic's head in your city. Tomorrow it's the reference a robot learns that same repair from. And you were there first.
How recording works
This isn't filming with the phone's camera and sending us the file afterwards. That doesn't exist and doesn't get paid. The person opens Minute, picks the task they're about to do, hits start, and the app records. That's how the video stays tied to a specific task, with its timestamp and its duration — which is exactly what makes the footage worth anything.

What gets recorded
The app pushes specific tasks to each person. These are them. Filter by category to see each one.
Technical requirements
These aren't tips: they're the requirements of whoever receives the footage. Explain them to your people before they start.
The app checks the model on launch. With anything else, it won't record.
Every submission goes through three automatic filters. It takes 24 to 48 hours.
These six patterns are confirmed fraud: no payment, and the account is disabled.
Signup and hours
There is one signup link for the whole project, the same one for everybody. What separates one locality from another isn't the link: it's you telling us which emails are yours. Three things, in this order.
This is the first step, before you go out and talk to businesses. You install Minute and sign up with the link below. It's the same link for the whole project: there is no per-person or per-city code.
Since signup is shared, everything arrives together and we split it. There are two ways to get it under your name, and they depend on whether you lend the gear or not. Both are explained below.
In the panel you see how many hours your locality has and how much you're earning.
Everything recorded falls under your user directly. There's nothing else to do.
When you provide neither phone nor account, the person at the business opens their own signup. In that case you have to get that email address and tell us it belongs to one of your businesses. We then assign it to your locality.
Getting started
Tell us what business you have, what city it's in and which tasks could be recorded there. If you came through a referral, mention it.
Tell us which locality you're taking and which country. If you already have businesses in mind, send us the list. And if the business is yours, tell us too.
Each party gets a link, reads it and signs from their phone. That's where who gets paid what, and how far the agreement goes, are written down.
Yours states the $4 per hour recorded on your premises and which tasks you authorize.
It states the block: how many hours, what it pays and how you split it. Each business signs its own permission separately.
Everyone who records signs up on Minute with the project link, which is the same for everybody, and installs the app.
Then you send us those emails so the hours are tied to your business.
Then you send us those emails so we assign them to your locality. Without that heads-up there's no way to know they're yours.
Log in with your email and the project code to see the hours recorded on your premises and what you've earned.
Log in with your email and the project code to see your locality's hours and what you've earned.
This is the link you hand to everyone who's going to record. Copy it and send it over WhatsApp.
